Bryan Bledsoe
Managing Partner
Bryan Bledsoe leads the operational and construction direction of Dwell Designed Construction. As a Licensed Residential and Commercial General Contractor, he is responsible for ensuring that each project is executed with precision, organization, and accountability.
He remains directly involved in construction oversight, vendor coordination, and project scheduling. His role ensures that the design intent is carried through every phase of the build without deviation.
Bryan’s background includes executive leadership and operational management within large-scale organizations. This experience informs his ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects while maintaining a consistent quality standard.
His approach is grounded in discipline, communication, and a commitment to delivering work that meets the expectations set at the outset.
Julie Bledsoe
Head Designer and Partner
Julie Bledsoe leads the design vision for Dwell, with more than 30 years of experience in interior and architectural design. Her work is defined by a refined understanding of proportion, material, and spatial composition.
She guides each project from early concept through final selection, ensuring that every element contributes to a cohesive and resolved environment. Her ability to interpret a client’s vision allows her to create spaces that feel personal, balanced, and enduring.
